Meet Dr. Kimberly Agnew Borders

Dr. Kimberly Agnew Borders is the founder and CEO of Early Solutions Houston and the owner of Agnew Leadership, LLC. An accomplished early childhood advocate and former principal, she currently serves as Chief Programs Officer for Collaborative for Children.

As the founding principal of Fonwood Early Childhood Center, Dr. Borders earned recognition for her high-impact family engagement and innovative programming. She also played a key role in developing the Collaborative for Children’s Center of Excellence.

Leading with a servant’s heart, she believes that every child deserves to enter school fully prepared for kindergarten and beyond.
